Kiss Me, I’m Celtic

We read Beowulf recently in my English class, and we spent a day talking over some of the culture and folklore of the time period that it was written and takes place in, which included talking about kells, or Celtic knots. I had been wanting to learn how to draw them for a long time anyway, and I thought this was the perfect excuse, so I looked them up that night and started drawing. Lo and behold, the next day in class we were given an assignment to guess what. That’s right, Draw Celtic knots! Go figure!

Anyway, after that I got kind of carried away… I’m just glad that I finally got these posted.

I made all of them up except for the one that’s jst above the moon and star one. This one down below is my favorite. Fun, hu?

It Just Keeps Going!

Sorry I haven’t posted in a while, things were going kind of crazy.

I’m finally back on track with my 100 themes and the goal to finish them has been bumped to the fifteenth of March. Here are the latest ones. Oh, and I should probably warn you, this is a long one.

#75 mirror

#76 Broken Pieces

#77 test

#78 drink

#79 starvation

#80 words

Here are some non 100 themes things.

These first ones happened when I ended up bored at the computer and was experimenting with my tablet.

Trying a new style.

I’ve been experimenting with elaborate swords lately. These are some of the results.

This one was an idea from my idea friend (told you I’d start calling him that).

This is one that I actually did a long time ago but just barely got around to inking and coloring. Isn’t it cute?!

This is a series of drawing that I’ve been working on for my own pleasure. They’re characters that represent the four elements. I really love how they turned out.

This one’s earth

Air

Fire

And water.

Well, th-uh-uh-th-uh-uh-that’s all, folks!
